Shipping

Shipping is calculated for within the Continental United States (Lower 48 Contiguous United States). To determine the shipping charge for a specific item simply add it to the shopping cart and view the shipping cost. To remove items from the shopping cart just add "0" to the quantity field and select the "RECALCULATE" button. Items are shipped via DHL, UPS or FedEx ground. Unless specified on the specific product page, shipments should arrive approximately 8 - 10 business days after order placement (shipping calculation does not include the time necessary for check/money order clearance).  Items cannot be shipped to a physical box within a Post Office; therefore the shipping address must be a physical location OTHER THAN a U.S. Post Office.  College Theme products have additional lead times (see respective product page for lead times).

Returns

Used food service equipment may not be returned. General returns are subject to approval, 20% restocking fees and shipping costs. Drinkware returns are subject to approval, 35% restocking fees and shipping costs. Shipping damaged or defective items are covered by respective manufacturer warranties.
