The Model 1000 Hotdog Cart is a 40"X48" cart welded onto D.O.T. approved trailer. This cart has all stainless steel framing and exterior side panels. Features also include: sanitary cutting board inserted in handle; 2 burners all pans and lids; insulated soda cooler framed in cart with external drain; and three sinks for wash, rinse and sanitizing of utensils. The 12" X 15" commercial Lava Rock chargrill is NSF approved. Upgraded battery- pump water system with water under pressure.
