Payment By Check Or Money Order : To order via check or money order please follow the standard checkout process. After completing your on-line order, please make check/money order out to Kano Korn and mail check or money order to: 9037 Mountain Laurel Way, Highlands Ranch, Colorado 80126. Please note that payment by check/money order will add approximately 7 business days to the shipping process, and items will be shipped upon clearance of funds for check/money order.

Payment By PO: All Purchase Orders are subject to approval. To order via Purchase Order please follow the standard Checkout Process (Please enter the P.O. number at the end of the Check-out Process). After completing on-line order please fax or mail PO to Kano Korn. If by fax please fax to 303-791-1589 (Monday - Friday). If PO via mail please mail PO to: 9037 Mountain Laurel Way, Highlands Ranch, Colorado 80126. Payment on all PO is net 30 Days.

Payment By Credit Card: All purchases via credit card must include a billing name and address that matches the billing name and address for the credit card.
Shipping
Shipping is calculated for within the Continental United States (Lower 48 Contiguous United States). To determine the shipping charge for a specific item simply add it to the shopping cart and view the shipping cost. To remove items from the shopping cart just add "0" to the quantity field and select the "RECALCULATE" button. Items are shipped via DHL, UPS or FedEx ground. Unless specified on the specific product page, shipments should arrive approximately 8 - 10 business days after order placement (shipping calculation does not include the time necessary for check/money order clearance). Items cannot be shipped to a physical box within a Post Office; therefore the shipping address must be a physical location OTHER THAN a U.S. Post Office.
Sales Tax
Most items are not subject to sales tax unless purchased in the state of Colorado; however, Sales tax may be charged on select items purchased outside of Colorado. Food items are not subject to sales tax.
Returns
Used food service equipment may not be returned. General returns are subject to approval, 20% restocking fees and shipping costs. Drinkware returns are subject to approval, 35% restocking fees and shipping costs. Shipping damaged or defective items are covered by respective manufacturer warranties.
How To Place An Order
Orders can be placed on line 24 hours a day. We currently accept checks, money orders, purchase orders, PayPal, Discover, MasterCard or Visa (See "Payment Options" Above). Buying from Kano Korn Store is easy and secure. When you place an order, you can feel confident that your credit card information is protected. All orders are finalized via our encrypted internet secure shopping cart. (Please See "Payment Options" & "Shipping" Above)
Problems Placing An Order
If you unsuccessfully attempt to order via our shopping cart, it may be that you cannot connect securely to our server. You may want to make sure: a) You're using the most current version of web browser; b) You're not behind a corporate firewall which will not allow a secure connection (ask your network administrator for assistance or place your order from home).
